Swiss Business Consultants AG is a neutral and independent consulting company which supports you in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction in sales and after sales. We advise service companies that are in inter- and intraband competition and whose customers are both consumers and companies.
Our approach is based on the two pillars “employee coaching” and “process optimisation”, as only a symbiosis of both factors leads to sustainable success in the customer relationship. While in the case of employee coaching we focus on the individual employee in order to optimize the soft skills in dealing with customers, process optimization serves to make the underlying processes more efficient. Meeting the expectations and needs of the end customer is always the focus of our considerations. Achieving this is our passion, for which we see ourselves as guides and companions.
